Vietnam buys a huge amount of cashews from Cambodia According to a report by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, in the first 11 months of 2021, Cambodia is the second largest agricultural export market to Vietnam, after the US. Specifically, the import turnover of Vietnam's agricultural, forestry and fishery products in the first 11 months of 2021 is estimated at 39.2 billion USD, up 39% over the same period in 2020. The US continues to be the largest export market of agricultural products to Vietnam, reaching nearly 3.5 billion USD, accounting for 8.9% of the market share; followed by Cambodia with about 3.3 billion USD, accounting for 8.5%, of which cashew products accounted for nearly 61.7%.
