Chilean fruit exports grow 3% in volume and 5% in value in the period January-October 2021

The main species exported in the period of analysis in this group were cherries, which registered a volume of 266 thousand tons, equivalent to US $ 1,192 million FOB, showing an increase of 83% in volume and 25% in value, compared to the same period of the previous year, mostly destined for China (concentrating 90% of the total value of cherry shipments).
