Coffee starts the week testing new highs in US and monitoring harvest in Brazil

The arabica coffee futures market began the week's trading by testing slight increases for prices in the trading session this Monday (5th) on the New York Stock Exchange (ICE Future US). The coffee market continues to be guided by the advance of the harvest in Brazil, which may put pressure on prices again. On the other hand, the decline in certified stocks may provide new support for short-term gains. Since the historic lows in response to Covid-19, there has been no significant increase in volumes and for more than a year the market has been operating with volumes below 1 million bags of arabica in ICE.
