The first harvest was carried out in Paşaköy within the scope of the "Feed Grain Corn Production Project" of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
The first harvest in the corn field in Paşaköy was made with the combine harvester used by TRNC Minister of Agriculture and Natural Resources Hüseyin Çavuş, together with Turkey's Ambassador to Nicosia Metin Feyzioğlu. Feyzioğlu unloaded the harvested products into the truck.
