During the Fourth China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo, the Deputy Director of the General Administration of Customs of China, Wang Lingjun, held signing ceremonies with representatives from four countries: Ethiopian Ambassador to China Tafera Deber Imam, Congolese Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries Paul Valentin Ngobou, Gambian Minister of Trade, Industry, Regional Integration and Employment Baboucar Ousmane Joof, and Malawi's Minister of Trade and Industry Vitoniko Ogians Zasamu Mombara, signing five protocols for agricultural and food product imports to China. Since the China-Africa Cooperation Forum Beijing Summit in 2024, the General Administration of Customs has been implementing the "Ten Partnership Actions" and promoting the expansion of African agricultural and food product imports.
