The Customs Department stated that, based on Decree 15/2018/NĐ-CP, the state inspection agency for NK food is the agency assigned or designated by the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (now the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment) or the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Accordingly, under Decree 15/2018/NĐ-CP and Decision No. 1182/QĐ-BTC dated April 6, 2021, of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the item of refined sunflower oil (HS code 15121920) falls under the list of items inspected by the Ministry of Industry and Trade for food safety.
