Domestic market in Spain: Sharp declines in cereal prices continue

Barley -which stood at 312 euros- and triticale -314 euros- also experienced this drop. Likewise, in Zamora and Salamanca all cereals have fallen by 5 euros per ton: in the first, corn has quoted 332 euros per ton; and in the second, this grain has been placed at 342 euros. In Albacete the trend has been the same; prices have dropped between 5 and 10 euros per tonne. Durum wheat has quoted between 424 and 434 euros per ton; soft wheats between 327 (forage) and 412 (force wheat). Finally, in Barcelona, imported grain has also reflected sharp cuts, especially wheat, which has fallen by 10 euros per tonne compared to the previous week: bread-making wheat has traded at 360 euros and fodder at 350 euros.
