This increase represents an increase of 42.7% compared to the value of October 2021 when it was 38.68 euros (US$ 38.68) per 100 kilos. The biggest increase was registered in the Netherlands, of 57.6%, from €39.50 (US$ 39.50) to €62.25 (US$ 62.24)/100 kg, after an increase of €1 ($1) in the last month. Then comes Germany, the largest producer of cow's milk in the European Union, so this data is more important. In this market, between October 2021 and 2022 the price of milk increased by 49% from €39.28 (US$39.28) to €58.56 (US$58.56)/100 kg.
