Experts attribute this phenomenon to the expectation of innovations in the calculation of export duties. As reported, from June 7, the duty will be calculated taking into account the new base prices. For wheat, the price will increase to 17 thousand rubles from 15 thousand rubles per ton, for barley and corn - from 13.875 thousand rubles to 15.875 thousand rubles. Thus, prices for wheat of the 3rd class recovered sharply in the center - by 565 rubles, up to 11,533 rubles per ton, in the Volga region the increase was 350 rubles, up to 11,375 rubles, in Siberia -135 rubles, up to 11,183 rubles. In the Urals, growth was weak. At the same time, in the Chernozem region, prices decreased by 140 rubles, to 11,500 rubles, in the south - by 100 rubles, to 13,317 rubles per ton. Prices for grade 4 wheat rose everywhere except in the south, where they fell by 150 rubles to 12,017 rubles per ton.
