The consumption situation remains critical, but with the Easter holidays there are more sales in the Italian wholesale fruit and vegetable markets. It's not an exploit but sales of strawberries are going well, asparagus is getting revenge and there is still a demand for citrus fruits, even the expensive but good ones like the Israeli and Spanish Orri clementines, and with spring it's off to grilling and buying more vegetables contour. A glimmer of light from Caat in Turin: more vegetables are being sold At the market in the Piedmontese regional capital Stefano Cavaglià, president of Fedagro Turin, offers some optimism: “Perhaps because we've had some difficult months so seeing a glimmer of light thanks to the holidays helps us a bit'.
