It was started at the warehouse in Vinsan. Producers can receive their saplings if they submit their receipts showing the grant payments to the municipal officials. Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, within the scope of the project, so far, 200 thousand walnuts, pears, vines, quince, apples, plums, prunes, chestnuts, cherries, kiwis, tangerines, pomegranates, peaches, persimmons, sour cherries, and olives, with a 50 percent grant to approximately 2 thousand farmers.
