According to research by Agrarmarkt Informations-Gesellschaft ( mbH) only 2.43 million t less than the previous marketing year. In the European Union in particular, more rapeseed is likely to have come together than previously expected. The USDA is also correcting global rapeseed consumption for 2021/22 upwards in the course of its most recent monthly report. At 72.99 million t, around 449,000 t more should be consumed than announced in March. This means that the current financial year is expected to be 1.14 million t behind the previous year's result.
