Goryeong County Agricultural Technology Center Donates Watermelons Grown in Demonstration Experimental Field

The Goryeong-gun Agricultural Technology Center (Director Kwon Moon-jeong) donated 95 watermelons directly grown in their demonstration test field on the 10th. The Agricultural Technology Center operates five vinyl greenhouses to disseminate and expand excellent cultivation techniques to farms through agricultural new technology demonstration research. These watermelons were produced through vertical cultivation demonstration experiments for watermelons, the region's main crop, from January to May this year, and will be distributed to low-income multi-child households and single elderly households after harvest. The Goryeong-gun Agricultural Technology Center stated, "We hope you enjoy these sweet watermelons grown with new techniques and have a cool and healthy summer."
