Gyeonggi Province in South Korea has increased its budget for the 'Korean Beef Premiumization' project from 4.2 billion won in the previous year to 8.2 billion won this year. The project aims to boost the competitiveness of Korean beef farms and enhance management through improvements in livestock, management, and facilities. The project includes 25 initiatives, funded across three areas: livestock improvement, management improvement, and facility improvement. The budget allocation includes support for feed mixers and the replacement of livestock shed roofs, aiming to reduce feed costs and recover from snow damage, respectively.
