The Minister of Agriculture of Kazakhstan, Aidarbek Saparov, during a working trip to Kostanay Region, familiarized himself with the implementation of the program for replicating the North Kazakhstan Region's experience, aimed at developing the dairy industry, reports Agrosektor.kz, citing information from the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan. FROM THE BACKGROUND • The program for replicating the North Kazakhstan Region's experience started in 2023 and provides for large-scale implementation of effective regional practices in other regions of the country. • 100 billion tenge was allocated for the construction of 65 dairy farms in 2023, including 15 billion tenge for six projects in Kostanay Region. According to the Ministry of Agriculture, three farms have already been commissioned in Kostanay Region, with three more at the final stage of implementation.
