The number of cows slightly decreased compared to December 2019 by 15 thousand. pieces (by 0.6%) to the level of 2,391.3 thous. units, and compared to June 2020, the headcount decreased by 76.8 thous. units (by 3.1%). - Compared to the structure of the cattle population in December 2019, only the share of young breeding and slaughter cattle aged 1-2 years increased by 0.6 percentage points. The share of other adult breeding and slaughter cattle at 2 years of age did not change.
