How to ensure good results with the operation of drones in crops

The use of drones by rural producers for the application of agricultural pesticides and fertilizers has been gaining ground in different types of crops across Brazil in recent years, but it requires information to operate the equipment properly, in addition to specialized operators who follow the technological advancement of the equipment, its growing functionalities, and the regulatory changes that have been occurring. This is what will ensure lower costs, greater safety, and higher profitability in production. The Brazilian Association of Drones (ABDrone) and Schroder Consultoria Agro estimate that, since the regulation in 2021, the number of agricultural drones in operation in Brazil jumped from about 3,000 to 35,000 this year, a number that is expected to continue growing and reflects the confidence of producers in the effectiveness of the technology.
