International Weather and Crop Summary EUROPE: Warmer, mostly dry weather in the north contrasted with soaking rainfall in southern growing areas. WESTERN FSU: Widespread rain further improved soil moisture in Moldova and Ukraine while maintaining favorable conditions in western Russia.
