Jeollanam-do in South Korea is recruiting businesses for the '2025-2026 Domestic Wheat Strategic Crop Industrialization Support Project' to increase domestic wheat self-sufficiency and improve production management. Selected businesses will receive support for wheat production and distribution, education for farmers, and consulting on wheat cultivation land and variety purity management. The support is targeted at agricultural cooperatives, agricultural corporations, and farms that own over 20 hectares of collective farmland and cultivate single variety domestic wheat with five or more farmers. The support range is from 30 million won to 70 million won, with the participating management entities only bearing 10% of the total project cost. The recruitment period ends on the 16th, and businesses that complete the education consulting are eligible to apply for additional facility and storage facility support for high-quality wheat production.
