According to the documents, products exported from Kazakhstan must be grown and processed on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and must be intended for food products and the food industry, but not for sowing. Exported lentil and pea seeds must comply with phytosanitary and food safety regulations in China and Kazakhstan. Before export, the authorized bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan must take measures to check and clean the seeds. The presence of quarantine pests that cause concern to the Chinese side is not allowed. Also avoid mixing with live insects, mites, mollusks, soil, feathers, animal excrement, weed seeds and other plant debris. The Kazakh side conducts an audit of enterprises for the production, processing and storage of lentils and peas, and recommends to the Chinese side those that meet the requirements of the Chinese side, with a guarantee.
