Major grain terminal planned for key UAE port

AD Ports Group, the UAE’s leading port and logistics operator, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Al Ain Mills to establish a state-of-the-art grain storage and processing facility at Khalifa Port, the AD Ports Group press service reported. “The 50,000 sq. m facility is planned to have a storage capacity of approximately 300,000 tonnes and is expected to be operational within two and a half years of construction,” the statement said.
