In the opinion of the state regulator, pasture mariculture must necessarily receive the conclusions of the state ecological expertise. Rosrybolovstvo has a completely different position on this issue. It believes that this type of aquaculture has a negligible impact on the environment and wants to protect businesses from excessive bureaucratic burden in the face of sanctions. Rosprirodnadzor substantiates its position by the fact that the expansion of pasture mariculture leads to the depletion of plankton and oxygen resources, and also attracts predators to marine fish breeding areas.
