The Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (Midagri) of Peru has partnered with companies Gloria, Laive, and Nestlé, and the National Society of Industries to launch the 'Dairy Commitment for Peru' initiative. The goal of this commitment is to benefit 452,218 livestock farming families by improving milk quality, promoting sustainable purchasing, providing technical assistance, offering economic incentives, and encouraging the consumption of milk and dairy products. This initiative aligns with Peru's membership in the Pan-American Dairy Federation and the establishment of a High-Level Executive Board to foster the development of the dairy sector in the country.
