The new rules will help eliminate corruption risks and simplify procedures through digitalization, the Ministry of Agriculture believes Kazakhstan has revised approaches to state support for the agro-industrial complex. The Ministry of Agriculture introduced changes to the rules for subsidizing agriculture. As the press service of the agricultural department informed, when discussing the amendments, a special working group held 9 meetings, as a result of which a compromise version of the new subsidy system was developed while maintaining the main contours of the current rules. It was noted that all areas of subsidies for financial instruments remain the same: — investment subsidies with standards from 15% to 80%, depending on the direction; — subsidizing the interest rate on loans and leasing with a reduction in the rate for the borrower to 6% per annum; — subsidizing insurance premiums: the standard has been increased from 50% to 80%, which will allow minimizing emerging risks, ...
