Moquegua: San Miguel Association will improve its Fuerte avocado production with Procompite

Within the framework of the implementation process of 50 co-financed business plans by the Compete Fund, the Regional Management of Economic Development of Moquegua delivered agricultural goods and inputs to strengthen the production of Fuerte avocados by the Association of Agricultural Producers of the Laje – San Miguel sector, from the district of Omate, in the General Sánchez Cerro province. Among the delivered goods, which demanded a total investment of S/598,316.58, stand out chainsaws, motor sprayers, telescopic ladders, fertilizers, biostimulants, humus, and equipment for phytosanitary work, which will significantly improve the production and quality of Fuerte avocados, one of the emblematic products of the area.
