According to the Moscow Region Ministry of Agriculture, in monetary terms, the volume of flour exports increased 6.5 times. Wheat-rye flour became the main export product of flour millers in the Moscow Region: 64,000 tons of it were shipped (a 9-fold increase by 2021).
