New cold fronts may bring heavy rains until the end of November

Numerical forecasts point to the possibility of three cold fronts acting over Brazil in the second half of November, which should make the period rainier, according to information from Meteored. The first cold front arrives this Sunday (16), with a forecast of "heavy rains for the entire Southern region throughout the day." On Monday (17), the system advances and starts to influence also São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul, with strong storms recorded. Meteored informs that the advance may generate "moderate rain showers in Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, southern Espírito Santo, southern Mato Grosso, and southern Goiás." According to the projections, this first cold front should influence the weather throughout the week. Two other fronts are expected to act in the country in November.
