In general, overwintering of winter crops and perennial grasses in Ukraine has been completed satisfactorily. This fact was stated by specialists of the Hydrometeorological Center of Ukraine in their ten-day review.

It is also noted that as of March 20, winter crops (wheat, barley, rye) in most of the territory showed a restoration of vegetation, crops were in the phases of the 3rd leaf and tillering, in late-sown fields - shoots.

"The condition of the crops was assessed mainly as good and satisfactory," the experts concluded.
