In 2024, Peruvian palm exports saw a decrease from the previous year, with a total of 173,659 tons valued at $183.7 million, marking a 9% reduction in volume and 2% in value. The average price per kilogram rose by 8% to $1.06. The exports were predominantly crude oil (49%), followed by refined oil (40%) and processed palm (11%). DP World handled the majority of the shipments (62%), and the main markets were Colombia, Chile, and Mexico, accounting for 25.2%, 25.0%, and 24.1% of the exports, respectively.
