Adelpho Frutas, in Valinhos (SP), made a leap in productivity and quality by investing in precision irrigation and fertigation, overcoming old fears about high costs. With the support of Netafim and Bolsa Irriga, the company implemented an efficient system that revolutionized the cultivation of figs, guavas, and other fruits, ensuring water security and more regular harvests. The first irrigated area, covering 20 hectares and 24,000 plants, exceeded expectations in fruit production and quality. The technology allows meeting demanding markets, offering out-of-season fruits with superior standards, and providing better control of production costs.
