According to the Vietnam Pepper and Spice Association (VPSA), in October 2025, Vietnam exported 19,430 tons of various types of pepper; of which black pepper reached 16,464 tons, and white pepper reached 2,966 tons. The total export turnover reached 129.5 million USD, a decrease of 5.2% in quantity and 5% in turnover compared to the previous month, but an increase of 5.1% in quantity and 7.7% in turnover compared to the same period in 2024. The average export price of black pepper in October was 6,443 USD/ton, and white pepper was 8,392 USD/ton; compared to the previous month, the price of black pepper decreased by 47 USD/ton, while the price of white pepper decreased by 185 USD/ton. As of the end of October 2025, Vietnam has exported 206,427 tons of various types of pepper; of which black pepper reached 176,577 tons, and white pepper reached 29,850 tons.
