Ukraine: Processors stepped up purchases of soybeans against the background of low yields

The yield of ultra-early soybeans in some regions remains very low — 1.5-1.8 t/ha, which activates purchases by processors. This was reported by VAR analysts, writes bizagro.com.ua. According to them, purchase prices for soybeans in some regions reach UAH 18,000/t, which confirms already concluded agreements with large processors. "Factories understand that due to a bad harvest, many producers will not sell soybeans at low prices, but will wait for price tags at the level of UAH 20,000/t and higher.
