During his welcoming speech, the Minister noted that the development of dairy farming is one of the priorities of the Concept of the National Project for the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Currently, a plan has been worked out for the commissioning of 169 dairy farms for 106.8 thousand heads in the period from 2021-2025 and a total production capacity of 597.7 thousand tons of milk per year. The commissioning of additional capacities of dairy farms will provide the domestic market of the republic with domestic dairy products by 100% by the end of 2024, which will also increase the volume of export deliveries of dairy products outside the republic.
