The United Nations Development Program in Kazakhstan has completed a project on sustainable agriculture funded by the Government of Japan in the amount of $974,408. The initiative to introduce climate-smart agricultural technologies was aimed at supporting farms and updating the equipment of RSE "Kazhydromet" for forecasting and preventing droughts, the press service of NCE "Atameken" reported. “Given the speed with which climate change is happening, it is important to adapt to its consequences now.
