Russia and India have agreed to expand the supply of various types of livestock products to each other’s markets, Rosselkhoznadzor reported. Such an agreement was concluded by the assistant to the head of the department, Artyom Daushev, with representatives of the Indian delegation that arrived in Russia as part of the International Autumn Food Exhibition “WorldFood Moscow”.
It was represented by employees of the Indian ministries of trade and industry, fisheries, livestock and dairy, as well as representatives of the country's Embassy in Russia. The parties noted the positive dynamics in the development of trade relations between both countries, both in volume and in the list of products. For example, Russia was recently able to agree on certificates for the supply of food for productive animals, as well as wool and leather raw materials, to India.
