Georgy Martynov, head of the Association of Fisheries Enterprises of Primorye, spoke about the problem with the export of aquaculture products from Primorye, in particular scallop. According to him, after the entry into force of the new regulation of Rosprirodnadzor, which obliges exporters of living aquatic biological resources to declare each batch, as well as the transition of the FCS to electronic declaration, customs officers began to refuse companies to export such products.
