Sergio Guillaumet from Córdoba is one of the pioneers of hydroponics in the country, to the point that his peers recognize him and have appointed him president of the Argentine Hydroponic Association, an entity that brings together more than 150 such ventures. Most of them began not too long ago. Guillaumet, who has much more experience under his belt and started in 2003, is very generous with all of them. Sergio's story is similar to that of many entrepreneurs who, without coming from agriculture or owning a piece of land, suddenly transformed into food producers. How? By producing without soil, no less.
