The West Zone of Bangladesh Railway is going to launch a ‘special mango train’ on the Chapainawabganj-Dhaka route via Rajshahi on June 13 for the second consecutive time. Asim Kumar Talukder, the general manager of the zone, told New Age on Thursday that they had completed all kinds of the necessary preparation for launching a pair of trains on June 13 to transport mangoes at a lower cost for the welfare of the mango traders and farmers. He said that the train would depart from Rohanpur station in Chapainawabganj at 4:00 pm, while from Rajshahi station at 9:00 pm.
