From 1 to 31 December, applicants for the support intervention "Humane Treatment of Animals and Antimicrobial Resistance" (HTA-AMR) who provide free outdoor farming must submit a declaration and a diary of daily grazing of animals, as outlined in regulation 10. Each diary must be certified by a registered veterinarian, whose signature verifies the start and end of the period of taking the animals out. The grazing of the animals in question is carried out between 15 March and 15 November of the year of application, respecting a density of livestock units on the entire pasture area of the farm of no more than 2 livestock units per hectare. The areas where grazing takes place must be declared and admissible under the intervention "Basic Income Support for Sustainability" (BISS). Applicants should fill out the familiar way in the Electronic Services System (ESS) section "Data for Livestock".
