Sugar operates close to stability on the NY, US and London, UK stock exchanges this Monday afternoon

In London, the first contract was down 0.07%, at US$705.50 per ton. After falling in the last session, sugar prices on the stock exchanges tested recovery this Monday morning. However, the gains were reduced throughout the afternoon. Now, they are close to stability at the external terminals. Positively, prices continue to follow fears about supply given the development of a lower-than-expected harvest in Asian origins.
