Sugar starts session in the UK's London and US with highs this Thursday

This Thursday morning (8), sugar futures contracts started the session with a slight appreciation on the New York stock exchanges and more consistent increases in London. Around 9:05 am (Brasília time), raw sugar was up 0.40% in the main Jul/23 contract on the New York Stock Exchange (ICE Futures US), at 24.89 cents/lb. The October/23 contract operated with a slight gain of 0.34% and was being traded at 24.58 cents/lb, while the March/24 contract had advanced by 0.31% and was priced at 24.41 cents/lb.
