Core Tip: On November 28, 2025, the 2025 annual work meeting of the Professional Working Group on Qualitative Standards for Sensory Grading of Edible Agricultural Products (SAC/TC118/WG20) under the National Standard Sample Technology Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Working Group) was successfully held in Changchun. Over 40 committee members from research institutions, universities, agricultural enterprises, and other entities participated in the meeting either online or in person. Chen Hongjun, former deputy director of the Standard Technology Department of the State Administration for Market Regulation, led the meeting, and Gao Shengpu, a senior veterinarian from the China Animal Disease Control and Prevention Center, Xu Guangchao, a senior engineer from the Standard Quality Center of the National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration, and Zheng Jiang, a senior engineer from the Dalian Customs Technology Center, also participated in the meeting as deputy leaders.
