On June 16, 2025, the Juice Branch and Dehydrated Fruit Branch of the Food Soil Chamber of Commerce jointly held a general membership meeting in Xi'an. Vice President Yu Lu attended the meeting, with the Juice Branch's board of directors from Guotou Zhonglu Juice Co., Ltd. and the Dehydrated Fruit Branch's board of directors from Yantai Lushun Food Co., Ltd. delivering industry work reports. Yang Jianwei, deputy director of Shaanxi Province Fruit Industry Center, was invited to attend and provided an in-depth analysis of apple production and sales trends. A total of 68 enterprise representatives participated in the meeting.
The meeting focused on exchanging views on the current trade status, development trends, and challenges facing the juice and dehydrated apple industry. It analyzed the global juice market's supply and demand landscape and reviewed and previewed the export situation for concentrated apple juice, concentrated pear juice, and dehydrated apples. The meeting noted that concentrated apple juice and dehydrated apples serve as stabilizers in the apple industry, playing a crucial role. Facing challenges such as increased export tariffs, fluctuating raw material costs, and rising shipping fees, the meeting recommended that the entire industry prioritize cost control, quality assurance, and food safety, and actively seek product and market diversification while defining product consumption scenarios.
Vice President Yu Lu concluded by stating that the Food Soil Chamber of Commerce is willing to actively listen to enterprise concerns and strive to empower enterprises through industry association efforts. Relevant national departments have always paid high attention to enterprise development, and enterprise feedback will help continuously improve related policy regulations.
