Polish exports of frozen fruit and vegetables experienced a significant slowdown in April and May due to restrictions on sales to the HoReCa sector, as Eurostat data indicates. The fruit and vegetable processing sector saw a decrease in export sales by 7.2% in 2q20 compared to the previous year. Notably, the export of frozen black currants saw a decrease of 9.9% in April and May, while the export of frozen raspberries and cherries also experienced a significant decrease compared to the first quarter of the year.
