Olimerca.- Tension increases in the olive oil market at origin, dominated by new price increases in all categories and with an offer that has entrenched itself so as not to sell, in search of better deals in the coming weeks. This firmness of the production for each day to sell at a higher price is causing the set of operators to be entering a terrain never known in the olive oil sector.
