In Ukraine, the autumn campaign of stocking reservoirs is underway, the State Fisheries Agency reports. So, in Donetsk region, where our soldiers are holding the line of defense, 50,000 specimens of crucian carp, 10,000 specimens of white carp and 7,000 specimens of carp with a total weight of 10.4 tons were released to the Kurakhiv Reservoir. The stocking took place at the expense of the user of the special commodity fishery. Also, the Kaniv Reservoir in the Kyiv Region was replenished with young fish, and 15,200 specimens (4.9 tons) of largemouth bass were released into its waters. The settlement took place with the compensation funds of two enterprises that carry out work on the lands of the water fund. In Poltava Oblast, two reservoirs were stocked with bighead: 14,700 specimens (2.7 tons) were introduced to Kremenchutsk, and 10,300 specimens (1.5 tons) to Kamiansky.
