The president of Agarba, Iván López, has declared to Efeagro that in his opinion Norway's position in the negotiation with the EU of fishing quotas is "scandalous", which has caused diplomatic tensions. He regretted that at the same time the Scandinavian country "continues to work" with Russia normally despite the war in Ukraine.
