In the 2024/2025 campaign (September-August), the value of Spanish table olive exports once again exceeded 1,000 million euros for the second consecutive campaign, with an increase of 6% compared to the previous campaign. As in the 2023/2024 campaign, this rise was due to the increase in the average export price, as the volume exported was lower (-2%). According to the latest report on table olive foreign trade from the Ministry of Agriculture, the average export price reached 4,064.8 euros/tonne, which represents an 8.8% increase compared to the previous campaign (3,735.9 euros/tonne on average) and a 41% increase compared to the average of the last four (2,890.9 euros). By destination, the United States was once again the leading market for Spanish table olives abroad, despite restrictions on certain categories.
