In 2024, the trade of agricultural products between Ukraine and the European Union reached a record $17 billion, a 3% increase from the previous year, with Ukraine having a positive balance of nearly $9.0 billion. The main European partners for agricultural trade in 2024 were Spain, Poland, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Romania, France, and Belgium, accounting for 80% of the total trade turnover. Ukraine also increased its imports of agricultural products from the European Union by 9% to $4 billion.
