The Ukrainian agricultural sector is projected to contribute an additional UAH 5.2 billion to the state budget by 2025, as per the country's Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food, Vitaly Koval. This estimate is based on changes in criteria for critical economy enterprises and the increase of the military levy rate from 1.5% to 5%. Additionally, the average salary for employment reservations will rise to 2.5 times the minimum wage, leading to an additional revenue of about 1 billion hryvnias from these enterprises.
